Prior to my Real Estate career I was in the General Contracting business as a State Certified General Contractor specializing in Commercial Construction. This expertise helps me convey to customers the confidence they are looking for when purchasing real property with the hope of building a business enterprise starting with the purchase of a commercial piece of real estate. Permitting, zoning, development land uses, feasibility studies, and location are all critical phases to a successful capital expenditure. Knowledge of the area, process, and market conditions are clearly a competitive advantage that I can offer my customers.
